Doorly’s 12 Year Old Barbados Rum from the Foursquare distillery is obtained from a blend of Rums distilled partly in a single column still and partly in a Pot Still, aged for at least 12 years in ex-Bourbon barrels and, for a small percentage, in barrels previously used for the ageing of Portuguese Madeira fortified wine. This final stage gives it its characteristic Copper colour with Red reflections, along with aromas reminiscent of Red Fruits and Banana.
